We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them.
International customs processing can delay packages without warning.
If an order is returned because of a refused, unclaimed or unsuccessful delivery, all shipping costs and import fees will be deducted from a refund.

We accept credit card payments as well as Paypal transactions.

[ R E T U R N S ] If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused, and resalable items for a refund or a replacement. If you want to return the item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products, including customs fees, are your responsibility. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

_Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

_Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

[ R E F U N D S ] Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@anonimamentedesign.com

[ E X C H A N G E S ]

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@anonimamentedesign.com and send your item to: via Staggi 94, 48121 Ravenna, Italy.

[ C O L O R S . A N D . M A T E R I A L S ] The actual colors you see will depend on your screen and may not be accurate. Our products are made from natural materials so some inequalities of materials and colors are possible and are not to be deemed as defects.
